Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving queries promptly.
- Prepare and cook Nando’s signature flame-grilled chicken and side dishes according to high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately while ensuring data security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies.
- Follow all company safety, health, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and performing varied physical tasks.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
