Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a spotless environment for guests and staff.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly and in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols to meet food safety regulations and company standards.
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, or messes to prevent hazards and maintain a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
