Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate the dining team (Captain) or provide attentive table service (Waiter/Waitress) with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless service flow, from greeting guests to presenting menus, taking orders, and delivering dishes with precision.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to offer expert recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the dining area.
- Train and mentor junior staff (Captain) or assist in team tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine-dining restaurant, hotel, or luxury resort (Captain role may require 3+ years).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation management tools.
