Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing using property management systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and daily front desk operations.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests, upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and local culture is a benefit.
