Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks for restaurant operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and supply orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the preparation and organization of staff attendance, schedules, and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments (kitchen, service, management) to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Archive and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Handle customer and vendor correspondence, including emails, calls, and inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and administrative procedures is a plus.
