Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the organization's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and community partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative functions, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing administrative and financial operations.
