Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards, regulations, and government policies (e.g., BPOM, Ministry of Health).
  • Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products to maintain product integrity and safety.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, sales) to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to enhance operational processes and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, compliance, and distribution efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on pharmaceutical handling, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, healthcare providers, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) from an accredited university.
  • Valid pharmacist license (Apoteker) registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., BPOM, GDP, GMP).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and audit processes is a plus.
