Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals in patient consultations and examinations.
- Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and examination rooms.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer basic medical treatments and procedures under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Handle appointment scheduling and patient check-ins efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and medications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Health Sciences, or a related field (prioritized).
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using medical software or electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
