Responsibility
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees for injuries, illnesses, or emergencies.
- Conduct health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, temperature) and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, including infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Educate employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and ergonomic best practices.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals, follow-ups, and occupational health assessments.
- Manage the company clinic’s inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, and emergency kits.
- Respond to workplace accidents or health crises with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with a valid practicing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical settings.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and primary healthcare procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards or workplace safety regulations is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas) with flexibility for on-call duties if required.
