Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests to the resort.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour operators, event planners, and local businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the hospitality sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages that drive bookings and revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on progress to management with actionable insights.
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism market and trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
