Responsibility
- Lead and supervise resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with precision, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all resort facilities.
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, events, security) to deliver integrated services and uphold resort policies.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold service excellence and align with Costal Hope’s brand values.
- Oversee inventory and supply management for guest amenities, linens, and operational needs.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in resort/hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
