Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on M&E works, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of M&E components.
- Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for M&E systems.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams and junior staff as needed.
- Ensure all M&E works meet environmental and sustainability requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proven experience in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using M&E-related software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to other project locations.
