As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize equipment performance, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards to achieve a zero-accident workplace.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for PKS processing machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in processing equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to prevent failures.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, including work logs, parts usage, and downtime analysis for management review.
- Enforce strict adherence to K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) protocols and promote a culture of zero accidents in the workplace.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in industrial maintenance, preferably in palm oil, PKS, or similar processing industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and root cause analysis.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift schedules as needed.
