As an MEP Drafter, you will play a critical role in developing precise technical drawings essential for project execution, including Tender Drawings, For Construction (Forcont) Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, aligning with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibility
- Create accurate Tender Drawings, Forcont Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for MEP systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design intent and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) to produce detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Review and incorporate redline markups from field teams to update drawings as projects progress.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC), and client requirements.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project documentation.
- Assist in clash detection and resolution by coordinating MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans.
- Provide technical support during construction phases by clarifying drawing details for contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Architectural Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP drafting for construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD software (Navisworks is a plus).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical layouts.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure accuracy in drawings.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with international teams.
