Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and best practices to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in maintenance operations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effective procurement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to minimize downtime.
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to build a high-performing and skilled team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS) and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for on-call duties as needed.
