Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in facility systems, implementing timely repairs.
- Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards or areas requiring improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, placing orders as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and equipment logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and laboratory equipment.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to repairs.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
