Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, including progress updates and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams to enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including drawings, logs, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
