Responsibility
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, adhering to international clinical standards.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and care outcomes.
- Collaborate with local and international healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments with cultural sensitivity.
- Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to continuous medical education programs within the facility.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote preventive healthcare and public health awareness.
- Document patient cases thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and integrate best practices into daily clinical work.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in general medicine or a specialized field.
- Strong diagnostic and patient management skills, with a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to diverse patient needs.
- Experience in quality improvement projects, clinical research, or healthcare administration is highly desirable.
