Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a clinical setting, including health assessments, wound care, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain sterile and safe clinical environments by adhering to infection control protocols and hygiene standards.
- Assist in emergency response situations and provide first aid or stabilization as needed.
- Manage patient records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in health promotion initiatives and community outreach programs to improve public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (e.g., STR in Indonesia or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in nursing.
