Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the Klang Valley region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of medical products, hospital operations, and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation is a plus.
