Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other radiologic techniques, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Position patients accurately and safely to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of imaging results.
- Maintain detailed patient records, including imaging logs, medical histories, and procedural documentation.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to protect patients and staff.
- Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff or students, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology, Radiography, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (e.g., PRC license in the Philippines or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray and other radiologic equipment, with a strong understanding of imaging techniques and protocols.
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., ALARA principles).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
