Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye health.
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries.
- Educate patients on proper eye care, hygiene, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
- Valid license to practice as an Optometrist or Optician in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in optometry or eye care.
- Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, vision disorders, and corrective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate diagnostic and vision testing equipment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
