Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic ENT care to patients of all ages, including consultations, surgeries, and follow-up treatments.
- Manage a diverse caseload of ENT conditions, including sinus disorders, hearing loss, throat infections, and head/neck tumors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Assist in surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, and cochlear implants, under supervision.
- Participate in clinical training and mentorship for junior medical staff, residents, and interns.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and international healthcare standards.
- Stay updated with latest ENT research and advancements to incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Engage in community outreach and health education programs to promote ENT health awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Board certification or eligibility in ENT, with valid medical licensure in Indonesia (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in ENT, including residency training in a reputable hospital.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders, with strong surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-centered approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to local healthcare regulations.
