Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Assist in emergency medical situations, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.
- Adhere to all medical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in patient care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license or registration to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
