Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide clear, compassionate counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Indonesian FDA, GPP).
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and verify prescriptions, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and monitor patient care programs, such as medication therapy management (MTM) and health screenings.
- Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Educate the community on health promotion, disease prevention, and safe medication practices through workshops and outreach initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, regulations, and industry trends to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; Licensed Pharmacist in Indonesia (STR and SIP required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or community pharmacy setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or supervising pharmacy teams.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
