Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance dialysis service delivery, patient satisfaction, and business growth in Singapore.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across all facilities.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance to ensure sustainable operations and profitability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with medical directors, government agencies, and community partners.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve patient outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet local and international healthcare regulations, including licensing and accreditation standards.
- Expansion Initiatives: Spearhead new clinic openings, service line expansions, and technology integrations to support DaVita’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Operations Director, COO) in dialysis or a related medical field.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of dialysis operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a track record of resolving complex operational challenges.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional) are a plus.
