Responsibility

  • Provide 24/7 medical coverage for emergency and inpatient care, including admissions, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate medications or interventions.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of treatment.
  • Monitor and manage critical and high-dependency patients, including post-operative and intensive care cases.
  • Document accurate medical records and maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.
  • Assist in medical procedures and provide support during surgeries or complex interventions as required.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or general practice.
  • Strong diagnostic and patient management skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with diverse patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
  • Commitment to ethical medical practices and adherence to hospital policies and Indonesian healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
