Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy.
- Collaborate with neurologists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Adhere to clinic SOPs and maintain high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and apply evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adhere to clinic protocols and SOPs.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
