Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Perform medical procedures such as wound care, suctioning, and IV management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license or certification in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practices, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic health record systems.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
