Responsibility
- Supervise and maintain all mall utilities, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and service reports.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff and maintenance personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
