Responsibility
- Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (Ir) certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in a resident engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
