Responsibility
- Assist in the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Participate in equipment calibration, maintenance, and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality.
- Engage in continuous learning and training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology.
- Contribute to safety and sustainability initiatives by adhering to environmental and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or MATLAB) and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMATECH) is advantageous but not required.
