Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust construction schedules and timelines.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment are used efficiently and stored properly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction project management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
