As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the frontline expert responsible for the installation, relocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, maximizing equipment performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive warranty support and preventive maintenance.

Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and testing of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
- Provide emergency troubleshooting and repair services to minimize equipment downtime and restore functionality swiftly.
- Relocate and reinstall equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless transitions with zero disruption to production.
- Deliver warranty support, including diagnostics, parts replacement, and system upgrades as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and customer support, to address complex technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation for all performed work, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Train customer personnel on basic equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or semiconductor industry support.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical systems, preferably in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment (e.g., wafer processing, inspection tools, or assembly systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints; familiarity with CAD or diagnostic software is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali (and occasionally regionally) as required.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not mandatory.
