As our Resident Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all technical and logistical aspects of our store's facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Your work will directly impact the store's operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall success in the Bali market.

Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, lighting, generators, and elevators/escalators.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of store facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with store management and external contractors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Provide technical support and training to store staff on the safe and efficient use of equipment and systems.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and warranty information.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize disruptions to store operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance, preferably in retail, hospitality, or commercial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, generators, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards for electrical and mechanical installations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., PUB, K3) is a plus.
