Responsibility
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT equipment and software applications.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
