Responsibility

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress and issues.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.

- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including logs, reports, and compliance records.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision, earthworks, or ground treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil improvement techniques.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
