Responsibility
- Lead the development and integration of advanced semiconductor technologies for New Product Introduction (NPI) in the ADTS (Advanced Technology Development & Solutions) team.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to optimize process flows and ensure seamless technology transfer from development to production.
- Drive innovation in semiconductor process technologies, including lithography, etch, deposition, and metrology, to enhance product performance and yield.
- Develop and implement test methodologies to validate new technologies, ensuring they meet stringent quality, reliability, and performance standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues, providing data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Document and present technical findings, progress reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, technology development, or NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Strong background in semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etch, deposition, and metrology.
- Hands-on experience with process integration, yield enhancement, and failure analysis in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, or SQL) and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in semiconductor manufacturing or technology development is a plus.
