Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular equipment audits and preventive maintenance to comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines in all manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment engineering, or production engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC programming, or other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
