We are seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Drafter & BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing precise technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) solutions for civil and structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibility
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural projects using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Develop and maintain BIM models to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints for compliance with standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in BIM models to mitigate on-site conflicts.
- Prepare construction documents, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material takeoffs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in drafting and BIM.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and BIM modeling for civil/structural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or Tekla Structures.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations is a plus.
