Responsibility
- Accept, transfer, install, and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and test programs in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement test processes to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test equipment and programs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize test processes and improve overall manufacturing performance.
- Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test data and provide reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test equipment operation and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test technology to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE) and test programming languages (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++).
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product testing and quality assurance.
