Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and optimize production processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance operational performance.
- Develop and implement process maps, value stream analyses, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, quality assurance) to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Utilize simulation software, statistical tools, and data analytics to model and predict process outcomes.
- Lead time-and-motion studies to improve ergonomics, safety, and productivity in work environments.
- Support the deployment of automation and digital transformation initiatives to modernize industrial processes.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates) and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, AnyLogic) and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Python, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering measurable process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence change across teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industries is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
