Responsibility
- Supervise and monitor on-site electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to safety, technical, and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily reports, non-conformance logs, and progress documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for electrical systems.
- Coordinate with design teams to address site-specific challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure all electrical works meet sustainability and energy efficiency requirements where applicable.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, C.Eng) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in construction supervision or site-based roles.
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, installation, and commissioning for buildings or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP and familiarity with project management tools.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the contract.
