Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of mechanical systems and components.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all operations.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
