Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to align project deliverables with regulatory and client requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Resolve technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance structural integrity and sustainability.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and occupational health standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all project phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide transparent updates and address concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a resident engineer or site supervision role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, buildings, or utilities).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera, or MS Project and strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., ACI, AISC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment.
