Responsibility
- Manage and process reservations across multiple OTAs (Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia).
- Ensure accurate and timely confirmation of bookings and guest details.
- Coordinate with guests to provide exceptional pre-arrival and post-stay support.
- Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest preferences.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze booking trends to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in promoting special offers and packages to attract more guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using OTA platforms (Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
