Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement of high-quality ingredients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the unit through events, social media, and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local and international standards.
- Analyze financial reports, forecast budgets, and optimize resource allocation for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume or luxury hospitality setting.
- Proven track record in team leadership, P&L management, and customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting tools.
