Responsibility
- Manage and process reservations through online travel agents (OTAs) and the brand website booking engine.
- Achieve and exceed target conversion rates for guest inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
- Collaborate with the front office and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor room availability and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports on reservation trends and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
