Responsibility
- Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining detailed records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in managing group bookings and special requests for events or corporate clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding reservation targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
