Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and viewings.
- Maintain and organize front office operations, including filing and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about properties and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
